Minor Atom AA, 2014-2015, AA (Halton Hills Minor Hockey)

The Minor Atom AA Halton Hills Thunder finished the regular season in 7th place (in a 14 team league)... One game over .500 with a regular season record of 14 Wins - 13 Losses - 1 Tie (a good improvement over last year's record of 2 games under .500)! We'll now play in the first round of the play-offs, in a robin-robin style format, in a group with Milton, Niagara Falls, Centre Wellington, and Ancaster... so we have some tough/entertaining games ahead of us.  We'll have one home game and one away game against each of those teams. GO THUNDER!!!

Over the Holiday Break, the Minor Atom AA Halton Hills Thunder team will be participating in the world renowned, Bell Capital Cup Hockey Tournament in the Ottawa area. Games begin December 29th, and the team will be looking to improve on the fantastic success they've had in tournaments this season.  The team has been a Finalist, or Semi-Finalist at each of their first three tournaments this season... The team is now poised to bring home the Championship Banner! GO THUNDER!

The Halton Hills Thunder Minor Atom AA Team will be participating in the Whitby Regional Qualifier for the International Silver Stick Tournament this weekend, November 27-30, 2014. This is a huge tournament that includes both AAA and AA teams, from the Minor Atom, Minor PeeWee, Minor Bantam, and Minor Midget age groups.  There will be teams in attendance from all over the province and all across the USA. The boys will compete against teams from Whitby, Toronto, Gloucester, and Aurora; and will work their hardest to qualify for Sunday's Semis and Final... GO THUNDER!!!

The Halton Hills Minor Atom AA Thunder will be particpicating in Georgetown's own Best of the Best Hockey Tournament this Thanksgiving Weekend!
