Flamborough had won all their games to date and this was a key game for us to show we meant business….as we entered the third period we showed them just that…we wanted this game! The first 2 periods were evenly matched with each team testing the other. There were strong attempts to get to the net on both sides with no success.
Teamwork was key to this game. The passing, being there for rebounds and skating hard together are what made the difference today.
The goals and assists were as follows:
• Chase from Evan and Michael
• Erik from Jayden
• Chase from Michael and Evan
• Jayden from Michael and Erik
Player of the game went to Connor for great saves under pressure all game long! Well done!
