First game of the Tri County Playoffs and the Thunder came to give it what they could. Ancaster were there to play too and after making it into the Quarters over Flamborough, you could tell they had gained momentum since the last time we played them. We were down Marcos and Mitchell, which meant Kyle played up on forward and the 4 defense worked hard throughout the game.
Both teams battled to the finish and were overall evenly matched. Ancaster would score than the Thunder would score. Both were aggressive to the puck and the goalies had their work cut out for them. In the end we captured the win and held them off in the last moments of the game.
