"Thunder" Represent Ontario With Pride & Bring Home Silver
The Halton Hills Thunder started the day off with a 3-0 win over the Black Ice (Vermont) which booked them a spot in the Championship versus the St. Catherine Coyotes (Quebec)
The Championship featured the same two teams that opened the tournament with a 4-4 tie. The game was a hard fought battle which saw the Coyotes take a 2-0 lead. The Thunder got on the board late in the third period with their net empty and pushed for the equalizer, however the Thunder settled for the silver medal while falling 2-1.
