Pre-skate/Clinic Sign-up Prior to 2025-26 Evaluations/Tryouts

Please fill out this form if you are planning on attending any of the following clinics. Your child is not registered for the clinic until payment has been received. Cost for each clinic is as follows:

Goalie Clinic $25.00
U8MD and U9MD Prep Skates $60.00
U10 to U13 Skills $45.00
Checking Clinics $45.00

NOTE: Only players from HHMH 2024-25 Season may attend any of the clinics as this is not part of open borders.

NOTE: This is not an Evaluation (Tryout) Card. Tryout cards purchased on HCR starting on April 2nd.

Players are to bring their own jerseys.
