Halton Hills Annual General Meeting of the Members for 2025
Date: June 24, 2025, at 7:00pm
Location: Acton Community Centre (Acton Arena)


Agenda
1. Establish a Quorum.
2. Approval of the agenda.
3. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting of the Members.
4. Receiving reports of the activities of HHMH during the 2023/2024 year.
5. Receiving information regarding the planned activities of HHMH for the upcoming
year (as part of #4 above).
6. Receiving and approving the report of the Treasurer of HHMH from the 2024/2024
year and a projected financial position for the 2024/2025 year.
7. Review of any submitted changes to Bylaw #1
8. Election of the Board of Directors.
