There is one price which includes all levels for U8-U9 MD (Tier 1, Tier 2, etc)
MD evaluations:
Players who start at the Tier 1 level will receive two evaluations before any releases are made to Tier 2.
It is understood that not all players want to try at the Tier 1 level.For players who wish to only start at Tier 2 (U8/U9), or Tier 3 (U9) may do so, note; you may not receive the full 3 evaluations.
HHMH plans to have a U9 Tier 3 team, please note; tier 3 will be pending player registration.

- If a player is released after the 2nd evaluation of Tier 1, the player would attend the first evaluation for Tier 2. If there are conflicts, please see FAQ regarding conflicts.
