Pre-Season Tournament Recap – Orangeville, ON
Our team proudly represented Halton Hills at the pre-season tournament in Orangeville, ON in September.
The players battled through four round robin games, opening with a 3–1 loss to the Orangeville Flyers before regrouping for three straight wins — a 2–1 victory over the Guelph Gryphons, a commanding 6–2 win against the South Simcoe Storm, and a 4–2 triumph over the London Bandits.Advancing to the semi-finals, the team met London again and secured a 2–0 shutout to earn their spot in the championship game. In the finals, they faced the Burlington Bulldogs and, despite a strong effort, fell 4–1 to finish as tournament finalists.It was a weekend full of teamwork, resilience, and steady improvement — a great start to the season and a performance the entire Halton Hills community can be proud of.
