Aaron Brown
Head Coach
Aaron Brown
Aaron Brown - Bio
I have played hockey my entire life and have extended my love for hockey into coaching at all ages and levels for the past 20 years. Over the last 9 years I have been coaching this age group in various sports.
My coaching philosophy centres on fostering a positive environment, where players are inspired to enhance their individual skills while developing strong team dynamics. I strive to help eachplayer elevate their athletic performance but also nurture their personal growth, by encouraging them to embrace challenges with confidence and enthusiasm. I want the players to push themselves to realize their potential and make sure they know that having fun is an important part of the game. I want them to develop a lifelong love of the game and hopefully create lasting bonds with their teammates.
The goal for this team is to increase their hockey IQ to be able to compete at any level against any team. The players will appreciate what the value of hard work and an extra effort means on and off the ice. Getting them to realize that putting in an effort for themselves will not only benefit them but will also benefit the team. They will realize that team play is imperative to becoming a winning team.
