Jeff Boutilier Bio

Jeff brings years of playing, coaching, and officiating experience to the team. A native of Cape Breton, he grew up playing AAA hockey, developing a deep passion for the game that has carried into his coaching career.

With six years of assistant coaching experience with the North Halton Twisters and Halton Hills Thunder, Jeff has built a coaching philosophy centered on player development, fostering a competitive mindset, and ensuring that hockey remains fun. His teams are known for their skill, discipline, and being tough to play against.

As a proud father of three—two daughters and a son—he understands the importance of leadership, hard work, and creating a positive environment for young athletes. His structured, high-tempo practices and strong in-game strategy ensure that every player reaches their full potential.×
