How to Find my Team Schedule
Finding Your Team
The HHMH website is divided into different areas of public information. The main site is where you find all the information on HHMH during the season. Also, there are individual "team sites" and associated information for specific teams, including the TEAM SCHEDULE. To find your team site and its applicable schedule, use the following information to help you.
PRE-SEASON
During pre-season, there may be Orientations, Clinics or Evaluations/Tryouts. These can happen in the spring or the fall depending on league, age or divisions. Prior to anyone being placed on a team, always keep on eye on the newsfeed from the homepage as well as the TRYOUT INFO/SCHEDULE so you don't miss any skates!
IN-SEASON

Equipment and Safety
Player Equipment and Safety
Proper equipment is essential for player safety when participating in any sport. Hockey is no exception. It is also essential that the equipment fit is correct to ensure the proper level of protection is achieved. Click on the following links for help.

More on Equipment for Players and Goalies
Ensuring safety on the ice is priority, and proper fitting equipment plays a critical role in player safety. Three important factors should be stressed when evaluating hockey equipment:
- good working condition
- well maintained throughout its life span
- proper fit
Acquiring used equipmebt is a great way to save money, however be sure to carefully inspect the items to ensure they are safe to wear and properly functioning. Be sure to note the helmet expiry date sticker on helmets. Plan a budget for purchasing equipment. The most expensive equipment is not always necessarily the best for your child. We recommend you consult a professional sporting goods retailer for advice before you purchase any product.

Conflict and Complaints

Conflicts and Complaints
HHMH is committed to creating and maintaining constructive, productive and supportive relationships within our Organization. With Associations this large, we understand there are contrasting styles of understanding and acting, as well as different points of view.
Overall HHMH recognizes that human interactions can often be complex, and sometimes difficult. In all cases it is hoped that the parties can resolve their differences by speaking with each other after the mandatory 24 hour waiting period.
If however, differences cannot be resolved, the general steps to obtain a resolution are as follows:
Step 1: Discussion between Coach, Player and Parent Liaisons. First contact for issues with a Team Official should be through your Parent Liaison.
Step 2: If after Step 1, there is not a resolution, the team official, usually the Parent Liaison, will follow up with HHMH Executive for resolution.
Otherwise, failing Step 1 and 2 above, or if the complaint falls outside of the Step 1 or Step 2 process you can submit a form here:
House League Conflict/Complaint
Rep Hockey Conflict/Complaint
NOTE: In order for the conflict resolution committee to be able to address any concerns or code of conduct complaints, the complaint/concern must be received in writing using the above form(s). Anonymous complaints will not be responded to. All forms will be sent to applicable Executive on the committee, including the President of HHMH.
