Aaron Brown - Bio
I have played hockey my entire life and have extended my love for hockey into coaching at all ages and levels for the past 20 years. Over the last 9 years I have been coaching this age group in various sports.
My coaching philosophy centres on fostering a positive environment, where players are inspired to enhance their individual skills while developing strong team dynamics. I strive to help eachplayer elevate their athletic performance but also nurture their personal growth, by encouraging them to embrace challenges with confidence and enthusiasm. I want the players to push themselves to realize their potential and make sure they know that having fun is an important part of the game. I want them to develop a lifelong love of the game and hopefully create lasting bonds with their teammates.
The goal for this team is to increase their hockey IQ to be able to compete at any level against any team. The players will appreciate what the value of hard work and an extra effort means on and off the ice. Getting them to realize that putting in an effort for themselves will not only benefit them but will also benefit the team. They will realize that team play is imperative to becoming a winning team.Brian Normore

Hockey must be fun! I am a Georgetown resident and father of two kids. My daughter played with the North Halton Twisters and my son currently plays for the Thunder.
With a lifelong passion for the game, I bring years of experience as both a player and a coach. I played competitive hockey in Brampton during the 1980s and 1990s, where I developed a deep love for the game. I have coached boys’ and girls’ representative hockey in Halton Hills for the past 7 years. I emphasize the importance of hard work, discipline, and hockey IQ.
As a coach, my focus is on building well-rounded players, who not only have strong skills but also the right mindset. I believe that success in hockey—and in life—comes from a relentless work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Players on my teams can expect an emphasis on hockey IQ, attitude, effort and physical fitness. I will ensure that players understand the game beyond just skating and shooting.
I expect my players to give their best effort every time they step on the ice, to respect their teammates and coaches, and to embrace challenges as opportunities to grow. My goal is to develop players who are not only competitive but also smart, disciplined, and resilient—both on and off the ice.Jeff Boutilier
