Respect During Dryland and Warm up Training
Parents and Players,

It is extremely important for all players to be respectful to the parents volunteering their time and start taking training during dryland training and warm up sessions serious. It is part of practicing (like a regular practice on the ice) and it is an expectation that the players level of respect, concentration, attention and listening is at the highest level. Being respectful and paying attention increases their form during the drills which in turn prevents injury. Ultimately great respect, attention and listening off the ice translates to great respect and listening on the ice. Ultimately this translates to better team cooperation and success.
