McDonald too much for Sabers!
Trends Thunder Captain Stu McDonald scored three times last night at Alcott leading the way to a 5-4 Halton Hills victory over visiting Flamborough. Nick Theim assisted on all three McDonald goals and netminder Philip Reider earned the win. Bryce Hillock and Dylan Verboon finished off the scoring, with Verboon getting the eventual winner.
Halton Hills plays its last round robin game tomorrow night in Orangeville, then will wait to see who their first Tri County opponent will be.
