Farewell to Memorial Arena! The three Halton Hills Thunder Minor Atom Rep Teams are hosting a fundraising event at Memorial Arena on
Saturday August 24th, 2013.
The event will be a final farewell to Canada's second oldest arena, as the decommissioning process begins the following week. Memorial Arena holds many warm memories for all of us (despite its cold temperatures!) and we want everyone in the hockey community to know about our event. Nine generations of Halton Hills families have visited Memorial Arena for sporting events and fun leisure activities (1922-2013), and the arena is part of the fabric of our community.
The event starts at 7pm.
The Coveralls will be performing live music throughout the evening. Guests will also have the opportunity to bid on a wide range of silent auction items, and there will be draws throughout the evening as well! More details of the event can be found by visiting:
