The Halton Hills Thunder Minor Bantam AA hockey team is running a NHL Hockey Pool fundraiser for our 2013/14 season and would like to invite you to participate. This is a great way to have fun with family and friends as you watch your handpicked teams over the hockey season. Details of the pool are below:
ENTRIES
Winnings will be distributed as follows:
50% to the Minor Bantam AA Thunder
50% to the Top Three winners
COST – is $20.00 per entry
DEADLINE for submission with payment is required by Friday October 4th, 2013 @ 11:59pm. Winners will be determined by April 14th 2014, upon the completion of the NHL regular season.
FORM SUBMISSION – Entry needs to be submitted on the attached PDF player selection form. Please include your first name, last name, & a chosen team name(optional).
• Chosen Team Name (the name you would like to have appear in the standings for your own entry)
• E-mail Address (optional - only if you want standing updates emailed to you nightly)
• Phone Number (optional)
***Please add the Thunder player # or their last name on the form for the player you are supporting. This way any winnings will be able to reach you through them.
